The longer wrist eliminates the need for a separate clasp and protects against soil and scratches. FOXGLOVES are not thorn proof. They are tear resistant and if caught on a thorn or twig they will not rip. They may also be worn under a leather glove as a liner and will help prevent blisters caused by stiff leather seams.

Rinse under the faucet for everyday cleaning. We recommend machine-washing to remove ground in soil. Clean gloves will last longer. They dry quickly when hung on the line or machine dry on low heat.

Yes. We have had our fabric tested in a university lab. The fabric blend is certified to an Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) of 50+, the maximum rating given. This means that FOXGLOVES offer excellent sun protection.
