Returns/Exchanges

Exchanges

To exchange your Foxgloves product for a different size, color or style, return them within 30 days from the date of purchase. After receiving a return authorization send unused gloves via First Class Mail with original hangtag to the address below. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return and what you would like in exchange i.e. different size, color or style. Be sure to include name, address, phone and email address. In the event that certain colors or styles are not available we reserve the right to replace gloves with a different style or color.

Customers must contact customer service by phone at 888-322-4450 or email info@foxglovesinc.com for a return authorization. All shipping charges for returned items are the customer's responsibility. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.


Replacements

If your gloves are defective return them within 30 days for a replacement. After receiving a return authorization send gloves with receipt, name, address, phone and email with a note explaining the return. In the event that certain colors or styles are not available we reserve the right to replace gloves with a different style or color. Returned gloves will be inspected for manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your Foxgloves product, return it within 30 days for a refund. After receiving a return authorization return gloves with written request for refund. Include name, address, phone and email address. A dated receipt must accompany all returns.

Refunds will be processed on your credit card or by check within 14 days of return of merchandise.
