“I gave my Foxgloves the acid test by attacking the crabgrass after days of rainy weather. After a good couple of hours the gloves were filthy and soaking wet. I thought my hands would require a brush and soap and lots of scrubbing, but they were as clean as when I put my hands in them. Amazing!”

“I won’t put on my old gloves after using Foxgloves. I mucked around in them all day and was astonished to find not a trace of dirt under my fingernails when I took them off. They were comfortable and long enough to keep my wrists and forearms from getting scratched, and I could really feel what I was doing through the gloves.”
- Jessica L., IL October 25, 2005
“I got my first pair of Foxgloves more than two years ago upon recommendation from a friend. For me they seemed rather expensive, but they have saved me a small fortune in cheaper gloves. I have large hands which no-one else caters to: and those tiny plastic or leather gloves purported to be for gardeners just don’t cut it. I also walk on crutches permanently which usually puts holes in gloves before too long. I still have my first pair. They have holes in them now, but only because my daughter and I built a dry stone wall this summer and we were both using the same gloves to protect our hands from the effects of carting 100 lb. stones. Naturally, at the top of my Christmas list this year: as many pairs of Foxgloves as people can afford to give me! I’m glad someone came up with these, and I recommend them to all the gardeners I know. Being a garden designer myself, that’s quite a few people!”

“Today I received your excellent gloves which I won through Organic Gardening’s online giveaway. I just had to say “Thank you!” Your gloves are wonderful. I’ve been modeling them and singing their praises to friends and family… they’re great!”
- Betty L. October 25, 2005
“I was thrilled and delighted to find your gloves: they are amazing! Foxgloves feel wonderful and it is easy to forget that you are wearing gloves at all. Your hand goes in them clean and after a day of hard work comes out as clean as it went in – I’ve never had that happen before! They have definitely taken a beating with me (I even scraped up hard stones using my hands) and yet I see no signs of wear. Congratulations on a really terrific product and one that’s worth every penny.”
- Jackie F., Upstate NY
“Your gloves have absolutely spoiled me for anything else! I can’t believe what a difference they make! I usually hate wearing gloves in the garden because they’re so uncomfortable, but that’s all changed. Now I know what gifts to buy for my gardening friends. Thank you for such a wonderful product.”
- Doris M., Alberta, Canada October 25, 2005
“Working at a large nursery my hands get destroyed. Until I bought Foxgloves I was willing to tear up my hands rather than wear some ill-fitting, annoying leather or fabric gloves. Now, I wear Foxgloves from 8 in the morning until 5 at night… like everyone else who has ever owned a pair — I’m hooked.”
- Kari W., SC October 25, 2005
“I got hooked on Foxgloves about 2 years ago, when my mother-in-law gave me a pair as a gift. She bought them at the Boston (New England) Flower Show. I tried them on and it was a heavenly experience! As I began using them in the spring, I swore to never wear any other glove for gardening again! Foxgloves are the most comfortable, long lasting garden gloves I have ever used! I am now a Foxglove addict! Thank you for offering a great product!”
- Dawn C., NY October 25, 2005
“I have to say that your gloves are the best I have EVER tried. I have gone through countless pairs working in my yard but not these. They are so durable it’s amazing. I will never own anything else.”
- Donna M., NY October 25, 2005
“I received my first pair of Foxgloves from Cindi Higgins Sullivan, Garden Journalist for WHAS radio, Louisville, KY. She assured me, the gloves were a gift I needed and would never do without once I used them. Skeptical? Of course I was. I had gardened for 50 years without Foxgloves – surely I could handle another 20 years of gardening without worrying about where my Foxgloves are – right? WRONG! Perhaps Cindi could tell by looking at my rough hands that they lived a hard life. I tried gloves of all kinds for pulling weeds, planting, dividing, picking vegetables, hoeing and mowing. Despite my husband’s objections, I never warmed to the idea of slowing my progress with a pair of bulky stiff gloves that hindered progress in an uncomfortable way. Then there were Foxgloves! As Cindi predicted, I do not start outside without them. They are comfortable, add to my grip, and keep my hands feeling human. Besides that, they look really good and I half convince myself these jobs are fun, worthy of a classy lady!”
- Mary M., KY October 25, 2005
“I have got to tell you that Foxgloves are the BEST gardening gloves in the world, in history, period… the day was cloudy, drizzly, cold and windy, but the plants HAD to go in, so I dutifully pulled on my new Foxgloves and got down to business… in no time the gloves were completely wet and muddy — and wonder of wonders, my hands were comfortable… it was unbelievable! I rejoiced! I exclaimed! I marveled! And I am telling everyone I meet about Foxgloves! Then I came in the house, left them on and washed my hands with dish soap and then peeled the glove off easily – they were completely clean and dried quickly… everything the packaging had said is true and then some!!! Wow…this woman is brilliant! I vote this woman for president! Of the planet!!!”
- Beverly M., NM October 25, 2005
“Thank you so much for making these fantastic gloves! I work at a botanical garden in Hillsborough, NC and the ENTIRE staff can not say enough praises for your gloves! THEY ARE TERRIFIC! I have never felt so comfortable weeding in gloves, but with these I actually forget that I have them on, and now my hands are incredibly clean! If you ever need a few spokeswomen, contact the ladies at Montrose, as we recommend these gloves to everyone, gardeners and non-gardeners alike!”
- Brie G., NC October 25, 2005
“These are simply the best garden gloves… and I have tried many. Usually I pull them off in about 10 minutes, and resign myself to no fingernails for the garden season. I just tried my new Foxgloves and weeded for hours… I could pick the finest weeds with my fingertips, no dirt in my nails, no perspiration. Fantastic! I plan to give them a Xmas gifts to everyone!”
- J. Meadows, NC October 25, 2005
“Thanks for a great product! I am wearing them every day in my greenhouse — where I have never before found a glove that allowed “fine” work. Yours do!”
- Jane D., NM October 25, 2005
“I loved my first pair so much I’m ordering more. These are great to wear after you put moisturizer on your hands!”
“I received a pair of your FOXGLOVES in the fuchsia color for my 75th birthday! They certainly live up to their hype. We are the happiest while working in our gardens, and your gloves really save my nails from getting dirt under them. I am giving a pair as a gift to my twin sister Patty in Medford, OR.”
- Denny A., GA October 25, 2005
“I adore Foxgloves… I am a vegan and am very concerned at the lack of “compassion product” marketing among many fine clothiers and manufacturers. Foxgloves are better than goatskin or leather gloves because they are free of animal products — vegans, vegetarians, and animal protectionists may find these gloves the perfect solution.”
- Mary B. October 25, 2005
“I have Raynaud’s, a medical condition that causes my fingers to turn quite blue even if I get a slight chill. Foxgloves are with me year round! They’re a perfect summer weight, stylish, and ridiculously easy to care for. They’re also tough as nails.”
- Hilary, Napa, CA October 25, 2006
“I had a two year old pair of original foxgloves that I use for work as inteior plant tech daily. Katrina hit and they were in my bag with my tools and supplies for over a month in salt water, muck and toxic chemicals in my coplased garage.I open my bag and everything was rusted then i spied my gloves. I took them back to the hotel and washed them and wore them every day gutting my house and now in building my new house and garden. They only have one little nail hole. Thank You so much for saving my hands. Pam Nevle 29969 AmVets Rd Albany La. formally of 3223 Jackson Blvd. Chalmette La. St. Bernard Parish”
